All products sold by Apex Armory are sold in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any product purchased is legal to own and possess in their specific jurisdiction. 3. Firearm Purchases and Transfers
- FFL Transfer: All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The purchaser must select a valid FFL dealer during the checkout process and provide accurate information for the transfer.
- Background Check: The purchaser is required to pass a background check (NICS) and complete all necessary paperwork (ATF Form 4473) at the receiving FFL dealer before taking possession of the firearm.
- No Returns: All firearm sales are final. Apex Armory is not responsible for any issues that arise after the firearm has been successfully transferred to the receiving FFL dealer. Please inspect the firearm thoroughly at the dealer before accepting the transfer.
- Refused Transfers: If a firearm transfer is denied by the FFL dealer or the purchaser fails the background check, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs and a restocking fee. The firearm will be returned to Apex Armory at the purchaser’s expense.
4. Product Descriptions and Availability
We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content of the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. We are not liable for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing.
5. Pricing and Payment
